Tales from Zimbabwe & Lent Reflections

As we settle into 2019 and try not to worry too much about Brexit our weekly church activities including Anchors (for Children in School Years 1,2 & 3) and Thursday Fellowship (For the older generations) are back up and running.

Sunday 27th January marks International Holocaust Memorial Day and we will be taking time within our Worship Service (10:30am) to remember the six million Jews murdered during the Holocaust, the millions of people killed under Nazi Persecution and in subsequent genocides in Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia and Darfur.

We also have a couple of special events to look forward to including ‘Tales from Zimbabwe‘ in which Pastor Rich will be sharing experiences and reflections from his recent time in Zimbabwe, and we are gearing up for Lent and Easter and invite you to be involved.

Beyond this we are starting to think and plan for our annual International Dinner (Thursday 18th April) and our Community Fun Day (Saturday 1st June) so pop these dates in your diary and look out for more news in due course.
