On Saturday 3rd June 2017 we enjoyed live music, face painting, bouncy castle, fire engine, market stalls, games, police patrol car, refreshments and the Ordination of our pastor.
The entertainment for the day included, local musician Alanah Black, MJ, Teelow from the JC4Me Collective and an ensemble playing celebratory music from the Yiewsley and West Drayton Band.
There was a bouncy castle, parachute games and other activities plus the London Fire Brigade brought a Fire Engine and there was a patrol car from the MET.
Yiewsley Cornerstone Centre, Community Cancer Centre and P3 each had stalls displaying some of the work they do in and for our community with various fun bits and bobs too.
Market Stalls included: Cakes from bake.e.creations, fair trade goods, knitted goods, hand made cards, Hand Turned Pens from Phils Pens and Bobbins, and Plants and Flowers by Debs.
Refreshments included sandwiches, cakes and drinks and we are especially grateful to Lodge Brothers and Silver Stores for helping to provide these as well as local members of the community providing freshly baked cakes. Finally, there was a delicious BBQ run by Yiewsley and West Drayton Foodbank
The day also included the Ordination and Induction of Pastor Rich.
